PDF version of cartopy

Dear developer. Is it possible to provide the PDF version of cartopy documentation. I tried to use "make latexpdf", but it threw lots of errors and warning. The doc-requirements file lists the required modules, but I don't know the versions should be used except sphinx-gallery (0.2.0). I think it may be also problematic for other users. Thereby, I'd by very grateful if the PDF version could be directly provided. Thank you ~

Thanks raising this issue @wltao2011. I am not sure specifically what errors were encountered when you originally reported this, but I can report I also am currently unable to build the PDF, with the key error being from Zenodo badge in citation.rst. @QuLogic, I wonder if you have thoughts here since you have fixed this same issue some time ago in matplotlib/matplotlib#17681?

We'd probably want to do the same thing, and install a converter for SVG.
