Windows terminal fonts messed up on scoop installation

Scoops Windows Terminal App does not function correctly with the fonts (specifically "w" and "m"), This occurs when windows terminal is not installed via WinGet or Microsoft Store, Once you install it via one of those apps, it will work fine. I think this is down to a scoop issue not having fonts correctly. This has started since Windows Terminal 1.9, 1.8 and under are unaffected

Another symptom of this is missing tabs in the Settings. (Where font settings would be: https://i3g4v6w8.stackpathcdn.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/change-font-global-windows-terminal-settingsjson.jpg )

Probably related to some kind of packaging changes?
