gcc: file not exist #2763
Comments
Just ran into this. It's not just expat; a bunch of the packages for gcc have been moved. I modified my gcc.json file just to make sure and yeah, after fixing up the paths, the x86_64 version works. Didn't do the 32-bit version. Hopefully this helps whoever has some more time to craft a proper patch.

OH this is even more complicated; gcc seems to have moved to hosting packages with tar.zst which isn't supported by 7z yet |
so not only is gcc broken, but my "fix" posted above might not work because some of those packages have moved to tar.zst; the package winds up in a partially broken state, even if gcc/g++ do kind of work (so long as you don't need to link winpthreads :P ) Scoop would have to move to use https://github.com/mcmilk/7-Zip-zstd/ for decompression to support that |
Can only hope that proper files were chosen, cannot properly test zstd UTF8 encoding
I suggest to stick with |
Same as #1752 so I close it |
expat-2.2.9 not exists,
it should be 2.2.10
