[Website] Scrolling the theming example causes the page to stutter across multiple devices and browsers

It is almost impossible to scroll at this page on ipad and the latest ios:

Linking a related issue: Semantic-Org/Semantic-UI-Docs#283:

While scrolling down the theme example page on the live docs I noticed the whole page stutters and at times even flings me 500px+ up the page while scrolling down.

I'm using the latest version of Chrome on OSX Sierra and so far I haven't noticed any issues with any other sites so I'm going to assume this is a issue with the docs and not my OS or browser.

i have just tested

on iphone 6, ios 10.3 after clearing data in safari and it is probably worse then before. I also tested chrome. The worst thing is that now in chrome on ios it is almost inpossible to click on the top bar to show the address bar as it disappears immediatelly again.

Sorry this issue appears to be related to the use of iframes in the theming example, unrelated to the fixed issue.

(the iframes in the theming example each calculate their size on page load)

The fix was actually for #3430 #5195
