"No Score Reported Alert" for matches in a tournament

My proposal is a notification that would appear for matches that haven't reported score after x minutes. TOs could change how many minutes go by until the notification appears or disable the alert. The timer would begin once both teams have access to the match chat. This notification could help slow matches be discovered and dealt with more easily. Especially if the tournament has many matches happening at once.
