I'm frustrated that while I can view my notes of a position of game, I am unable to see the board on mobile (tested on iOS 15.6.1, as well as iPad.

In an ideal world, the mobile version would act the same as the desktop. It's a great plugin.

Describe alternatives you've considered
A view of the board that is static in the position as last given in the desktop version would be a great alternative.

Latest update has allowed this to show on iPhone and iPad intermittently. When failing, it will give the message:

Failed to load "mobile chess test.md". Can't find variable: process

Unable to look at console due to iOS issues.

Another error message that may come in handy!

for me it kind of renders, but the pieces are in the wrong places:
