view_crystal does not work when invoked via reexport #98

when calling view_crystal on the command line from packages which @reexport using Xtals, the following error occurs:

ERROR: "Cannot run the command as you do not appear to be in an IJulia notebook, Blink is not loaded and html is not set to true"

not sure if this can be fixed in Xtals or if reexporting packages must do their own management of Blink.

also doesn't work at all in Pluto notebooks...

should use PoreMatMod.ExampleHelpers.view_structure as template for fixing this
