Sinar Project works in multiple countries, and this early site currently supports Malaysia only.

Descriptive text somewhere like:

"Paste a link to check with if a website in Malaysia is likely blocked"

Probably good enough for now.

It also checks only with Celcom's DNS server, and may not be consistent with other ISPs

we only do TMNet for now 1.9.1.9
