Describe the bug

When attaching a Mekanism pipe to a Tech Reborn machine and configuring it to push out items, they come out infinitely.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Place a Tech Reborn machine like the grinder and give it power.
  2. Connect it to a chest with a logistical transporter from Mekanism.
  3. In the machine configure the output slot: Set the side to output and enable Auto Output.
  4. Put Cobblestone in it.
  5. Wait for it to make one item.
