At this point, the only thing that I'm considering as a future project, is trying to see if I could mod a flash image from OpenIPC since the SoC is technically supported by multiple cameras. Anyway considering that this is a camera with battery, I find that is going to be pretty shitty to be using RTSP, unless I can manage to throw a USB cable and permawire it to the board. Because the battery while in this mode drops in a glympse.
We got one of these; the logo printed on the body of the camera is "CONICO" and the FCC label says it's a "ZS-GX6S". It came with a small solar panel with micro-USB out. I imagine that the panel is here just to provide a trickle charge to the battery; but we'll see what we can get out of it. Either way, thanks for gathering all that info, that was super helpful! (Especially the login/password; I was able to curl a few requests to the camera :))
Anyone manage to enable onvif/rstp?
I got a doorbell from amazon.de called bell j6
Other brands offer the same (I guess) are xtu j6 and tuya j6 possibly others too
ppsFactoryTool.txt works to open 8090 port
