sourceMap.originalPositionFor is not a function

Hello,

I'm getting the "sourceMap.originalPositionFor is not a function" issue since I'm trying to upgrade remap-istanbul from 0.8.6.
The #160 and #162 didn't helped me but I got the same stacktrace.

fwiw, I'm working to update our dependencies and now our tests are failing with the same error
