Google colab optimizing issue

So the google colab has a delay which is okay but the whisper that run on it has sever issue i keep having this
"Unable to reach Whisper, ensure that it is running, or the WHISPER_BASE_URL variable is set correctly
No speech detected."I had to manually switch on and off all the time to talk 3 lines in 30 mins and i'm pretty sure my URL is correct. The google translate is a good consideration to replace deepL but it's accuracy and catching sound correctly is kinda bad. Also the whisper url i tried to access it through the address it didnt alow me to enter to take the voicevox ID. The setup also took kinda too long to do since i had to changed variable of voicevox+whisper+deviceID+audio I/O. I have tried docker but it keep error 2/2 also
