Improve Date Range Filter/Timeline

There was a lot of discussion around the date filter/timeline in the 4/14/16 UI review.

• Currently it is confusing how the date/time picker interacts with the Sent/Received/Attachment analysis widget.
• A lot of conflicting ideas were tossed around. Eventually, was decided that Justin and Jacob would work it out.
• Best idea that I recall was to combine the two and have them displayed just under the title bar. A good example was a NASDAQ widget that would then be displayed under the title bar and could be minimized. Maximized it would show the sent/received/attachments as line graphs (not current bars) and the date/time picker. Minimized it would show just the date/time picker. User should be able to select any line to pivot on.
