Describe the solution you'd like
As an SCS Consumer I want to know what a specific Cluster Stack does. When I choose the Cluster Stack "ferrol" I want to be sure this will look and behave the same to me on different providers.

Short Example/Idea
This Cluster Stack fulfills the SCS standards. It comes with Cilium as CNI, an ootb usable LoadBalancer and a set of standardized StorageClasses.
