Tirith as a linter (real-time)

When running Tirith, we need to run it every time manually when a change is made. We can make Tirith as a linter that runs whenever a user make a change automatically to a file (file watcher).

Need to discuss more about the pros and cons and implementation, whether it's worth to implement or not
