[Bug] Ore does not generate in Deep Caves (not registered as Overworld?)

Describe the bug

I've been trying to use OreTweaker to generate ore below y = 0. Notably, the ore isn't being generated in the Deep Caves Terralith biome.

I found this referring to what seems to be the same issue, with the subsequent comment suggesting (as per the Terralith changelog and the comment's date) that the fix was published in Terralith v2.3.6 for 1.19.X.

I did some testing to verify if this was the same bug by forcing OreTweaker to generate ore in every dimension; lo and behold, it works- confirming that this is likely the same issue.

I'm not sure if 1.18.2 is still being patched for fixes. But if it is, I think this bug may be worth fixing as it can interfere with mods that depend on those tags to generate their stuff.

Lucky for you, 1.18.2 is planned to have 1 (maybe 2) more patches, so will stick this in.
