Show equivalent opa eval command in code lens eval result tooltip

In order to help users better understand what command they actually launched when they clicked "Evaluate", it would be great if we would display the equivalent opa eval command in the hover window, with the same flags applied as those we've used (although, via the API).

opa eval --bundle --input input.json data.regal.ast.found.vars

While the main purpose would be just to inform, it would also make it easy for a user to copy that and move over to the terminal, should they want that.
