The docker example from the readme does not work #3

This example assumes version 1.0.0, but the latest pulled from docker hub right now is 1.1.0 so it won't run.
You can actually update the readme to include docker run -p 8083:8083 -it microsoft/dotnet:1.0.3-sdk-projectjson instead.
This of course will not run on the latest version, but is a quick fix for now.
