Hey @TenTraicion, while going through the Hindi translation of the README file that is HINDI.md, I found that there is no Hindi translation of maintainer guide, so I've started working on the Hindi translation of the maintainer guide...so pls assign this issue to me.

Hey @TenTraicion I have added a Hinglish Translation for maintainers guide and created PR.
Hinglish is not an official language but widely used to bridge gap between those who aren't fluent in english and also natively speak hindi but have trouble reading it. Like those who speak urdu, gujarati, marathi etc. This will really increase the reach of documentation.
