Personally I dislike the buttons for site links, but it seems like I'm the only one who feels that way.

So this issue is specifically about the referrals button looking the same and being in the same row as the site buttons (Site version, Terms, API).

How about this?

Internal site links are normally purple (secondary color), action buttons are blue (primary color), info buttons are cian. While technically terms and api are info links, they are global to the whole site, so maybe it makes sense to make them purple like normal page links, rather than metadata links like referrers or page history.

Adding to my previous point, if we add more links to the footer in the future, I think it's better to have them be buttons, instead of links:
