YouTube Encodes That Become Updated to be Privatized Rather than Unlisted

Please be more specific, this issue ticket could mean anything.
Are they currently being set to private and this is a bug? Are they being unlisted and you want it instead being private? Do you want to add an option for it to be private vs unlisted?

Please add more information, currently this ticket is ambiguous.

They are currently set to unlisted once they are replaced with other TVC encodes. Sometimes users find those unlisted encodes and get very confused when they see how "popular" they are (lots of views and comments). To some, it may look like we have some secret hidden section of the site or something?

To prevent this confusion, we can set them to private instead. Since they have been replaced, it's safe from the site's POV. And since we still have access to TVC and to those encodes, we may do some fixing in case of an emergency (I don't expect any tho).
