As @pvalentin01 comment in #159 (review):

Perhaps add missing toasts when you choose deployment from dag "from sources" or "to targets" and there's no operation to deploy
And also to reconfigure cluster if there's nothing to "deploy reconfigure"

We should improve the user experience when there is nothing to be deployed. It could be via toasts, disabled buttons, text on screen...
