Update Deployr.Processor to run scripts #1

After #2 is done.

Steps:

Update the web service and database to take in a powershell script file name, store the powershell script file name
Use the Deployr.Web's (Create a status update endpoint for deployments in Deployr.Web #2 ) update status endpoint to update the status of the deployment to "running scripts".
Update Deployr.Processor to run that script.
