Issue: described in title (Wandering Wisps perpetually generating when on the edge of the chunkloaded area, and never despawn)
I've attempted to fix the problem by limiting number of wisps per chunk using InControl, however that ended up being completely ineffectual.
Currently the only known fix is running /kill @e[type=hexal:wisp/wandering] when someone starts noticing the TPS drops (usually around 60-120k wisps).
I know it's an old version, but since another bug got a fix recently, perhaps you could look at this one too? Thank you.
