Finally some new features!

Interface:

• display the star when hovering any part of the entry
• do not show the count of unread items for a tag if zero
• respect the global preference on smooth scrolling

Core:

• parse the items without scripts and with the correct base URL (not enough for relative URLs to work)
• remember the favicon fetch time even if unchanged
• correctly display the default favicon before the first update of a feed
