Nice... time to dig up the old 1.8.9 Highlands support code and see what we can use.

As discussed on Discord, this mod is still in active 'alpha' development, so we'll hold off on adding support for it until it's finished.

Added in b678c28 but it's disabled until @TheKiipster has a chance to review and merge this PR . After a compatible version of Novam Terram is released, we will release a new version of RTG with support for Novam Terram biomes.
