SPIKE: Investigate what is going on with archived sessions in the back end

Previous Ticket Details:
"Since we are filtering out old sessions, we will need an endpoint for archived sessions that are any sessions older then 24 hours past the sessions end time.

This will allow the user to see old sessions that have been a part of but not clog their current sessions page."

What Now?
We need to figure out what is going on with the archived sessions endpoint and why it is not working currently.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Archived Sessions issue has been investigated
• Backend Ticket for fixing Archived Sessions exists
• Frontend Ticket is updated with information on the status of this endpoint
