My gut reaction is that the roadmap (i.e. their plans and progress towards digital development goals) and the history of support interactions (i.e. calls, messages, consultancy/recommendations, observations, etc) might be things we want to visualise separately in the first instance. Capturing the data in an easier/more consistent way sounds great.
