What happened:
要构建机上切换用户登录后，构建机无法任务认领， agent.log 有如下日志

[12 Aug 2021;20:27:11.962][main] WARN c.t.d.w.c.a.AbstractBuildResourceApi:requestForResponse:99 - UnknownHostException|request(Request{method=PUT, url=http://devnet.devops.xxxx.com/ms/engine/api/build/worker/started?retryCount=21&buildId=b-a76ab0771afe4004817e8a3e1d93667b, tag=null}),error is :java.net.UnknownHostException: devnet.devops.xxxx.com, try to retry 3

What you expected to happen:

  • 展示日志并给出FAQ链接

  • 对于超过3分钟没有影响的尝试恢复，如下图打印相应文字并尝试修复

初步怀疑是用户机器上的代理出现 问题，导致域名解析不到

无法自愈，仅增加构建日志供查看具体原因
