当前一旦检测到暂停插件，立刻会进行关机操作。
在以下场景下会有概率出现状态问题：
暂停插件立刻点击继续。 此时关闭构建机还没执行完， 继续操作将插件状态从pause改为queue。从而endBUild会将流水线置为取消状态。
优化方案： 暂停继续接口需检测当前job的stopVm是否已经执行完成。 成功关机后再进行继续操作
