Parse double value as string

Hi rapidjson,

When parsing double values from JSON it would be nice to be able to fetch double values as raw bytes so that we can use decimal parsing utilities from the value as a string/bytes and skip floating point arithmetic altogether. Maybe I missed this in the documentation, is this possible in the latest release?
