built went wrong: reader.h:312:23: error: '__builtin_ia32_pcmpistri128' needs target feature sse4.2 when i add_definitions(-DRAPIDJSON_SSE42) at X86 system.

I checked the environment and confirmed that there was an SSE 4.2 instruction set.

how to fix it?
