目前最低tag是bkmonitor/3.9.0-alpha.179，怎么获取bkmonitorV3.8.0的代码

sed -i 's/bk-monitor:.*/bk-monitor: "3.8.2"/' environments/default/version.yaml 手动指定版本
话说怎么都没人回复问题啊，这玩意有团队在维护么
