考虑更换 django-mptt 库

django-mptt 已经不再维护了，官方推荐了两个替换：

• https://github.com/matthiask/django-tree-queries
• https://github.com/django-treebeard/django-treebeard/

考虑到当前我们重度依赖了 mptt，如需替换，需要格外注意兼容性问题
