Nether 1-4 dont play often enough (weight distribution)

In assets/minecraft/sounds,json it should have "nether 1-4" along with "gaped in awe". To balance out the weight.

In the original sound, nether 1-4 is there, along with So Below 7 times. If you add another track 7 times, that makes nether 1-4 play less often, so we need to add it again so that way there is two sections of nether 1-4 + a 7 time track.
