[Bug] Avatar icon is squared off instead of round

Whats the bug?

The avatar icon in the top right corner is inside of a circle, however the picture shows its squared off edges. This is in Library X mode.

In addition, this may not actually be a bug, but as you can see in the screenshot there is a gap between the titlebar and the user interface cards, I believe where the window controls would have been on windows. Is there a way to remove this? I tried adjusting the values in the "Hide Windows Controls" option but it didn't seem to do anything.
