Oh boy, this again.

Unfortunately I'm not sure what would cause this, this issue is pretty rare and has plagued my mind for a while now. Not even sure where to begin with troubleshooting.

found a bit of a bandaid fix... just press refresh until it works
definitely not supposed to be like that though
