Add vehicle id labels and on/off toggle for vehicle labels in schedule adherence map

Description of feature:
We're working on adding a label for each vehicle represented in the schedule adherence map (that shows all vehicles that are ahead or behind schedule), so that dispatcher knows (without having to click on each "bubble").
A "toggle vehicle labels" checkbox (enabled by default) allows to show/hide vehicle labels
All "bubbles" on schedule adherence map show all vehicle ids.

Explanation:
Dispatchers need to react quick, and they display schedule adherence map on a big LCD screens in dispatcher room. Without having to click on each bubble, they can quickly identify which vehicle is affected (early or late).

Any suggestions ?
