Mouse Jitter while in game

When I have Nohboard open and tab into my game, it causes my mouse to jitter while moving. I have tried running it in administrator mode and changing display modes, but it still causes my mouse to jitter.

I have a similar issue:
While playing the game and streaming.
The game stutters a lot. Once i stop the stream/recording, the stutter disappears.
The pc is good.

32gb ddr5

tried using it and got mouse jitter, kept using it for a few more minutes and it made the game barely playable, closed the program, (nohboard) problem vanished
