I'm using the InnerWiki plugin on a Tiddlyhosted wiki;
When an "inner wiki" is presented in a tiddler and the save wiki button therein is clicked, the hosting wiki is overwritten.
I can see how this may be desirable in some cases, which is why I'm not reporting this as a bug and so I think the fuctionality should be kept, but I'm proposing to add a param to disable the saving functionality or to redirect it - i.e the param should allow all of:
write to hosting wiki
write to external wiki
download to local
disabled
(Maybe "disabled" is best as default, I'm not sure.)
