Describe the bug

A clear and concise description of what the bug is.
The anti mass caps lock seems to be broken, when ever someone spams something with mass caps lock the message
** Cannot read properties of null (reading 'has')** shows up, and this counts to even edited messages.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior e.g:

1. Spam something like SDNFJSNDFJNDSJKF with caps lock on
2. Edit the message with something different but make sure its in caps and its gibberish

Expected behavior

A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.
The bot should muted the user for spamming with caps instead it replies with Cannot read properties of null (reading 'has')
