Pkgsrc changes:
 * Add option for doh (DNS-over-HTTPS), default enabled.

Upstream changes:

This release contains the DNS Flag Day 2020 changes. This sets the
default EDNS buffer size to 1232, that should reduce fragmentation.
https://dnsflagday.net/2020/

There is inclusive language in the configuration. There is caps-exempt,
ipsecmod-allow and primary server options for auth-zones. The older
terms are accepted to keep configuration working.

DNS-over-HTTPS is supported in this release. The DoH is enabled when
Unbound is compiled with the nghttp2 library, with configure
--with-libnghttp2. Then have an interface on the https port, that can
be configured with the https-port option. Also have a cert and key
available with the tls-service-key and tls-service-pem options. Further
settings can be configured for the http-endpoint, http-max-streams,
http-query-buffer-size, http-response-buffer-size and http-nodelay
options. The max streams sets the maximum concurrent streams, the
buffer size options the number of bytes in buffers, and the nodelay
option can turn on TCP_NODELAY for DNS-over-HTTPS service. In the
statistics the memory used is reported in mem.http.query_buffer and
mem.http.response_buffer. The number of queries is reported in
num.query.https, they are also included in the tcp and tls counts
because https uses TLS and TCP.

The DLV options and code to handle DLV lookups have been removed from
the code base. The DLV repository is empty nowadays, it has been
decommissioned.

There is a new feature where it is possible to use interface names to
bind to the IP addresses on that interface. It pulls in the addresses
at the start of the server, if the addresses change, use the existing
freebind and other socket options to register for addresses before they
appear, or the interface-automatic option that copies them from queries
to answers with ancillary data.

There is a new option for the edns-tag draft specification. It can be
enabled if you need the tentative implementation to add those tags to
outgoing messages.

Features
- DNS Flag Day 2020: change edns-buffer-size default to 1232.
- Merge PR #255: DNS-over-HTTPS support.
- Use inclusive language in configuration
- Merge PR #284 and Fix #246: Remove DLV entirely from Unbound.
  The DLV has been decommisioned and in unbound 1.5.4, in 2015, there
  was advise to stop using it. The current code base does not contain
  DLV code any more. The use of dlv options displays a warning.
- Similar to NSD PR#113, implement that interface names can be used,
  eg. something like interface: eth0 is resolved at server start and
  uses the IP addresses for that named interface.
- Merge PR #272: Add EDNS client tag functionality.
- Add edns-client-tag-opcode option

Bug Fixes
- Merge PR #270 from cgzones: munin plugin: always exit 0 in autoconf
- Merge PR #269, Fix python module len() implementations, by Torbjörn
  Lönnemark
- Merge PR #268, draft-ietf-dnsop-serve-stale-10 has become RFC 8767 on
  March 2020, by and0x000.
- Fix doxygen comment for no ssl for tls session ticket key callback
  routine.
- Fix mini_event.h on OpenBSD cannot find fd_set.
- Improve error log message when inserting rpz RR.
- Merge PR #280, Make tvOS & watchOS checks verify truthiness as well as
  definedness, by Felipe Gasper.
- contrib/aaaa-filter-iterator.patch file renewed diff content to
  apply cleanly to the current coderepo for the current code version.
- Fix #287: doc typo: "Additionaly".
- Merge (modified) PR #277, use EVP_MAC_CTX_set_params if available,
  by Vít#zslav #í#ek.
- Create and init edns tags data for libunbound.
- Fix stats double count issue (#289).
- Fix that dnstap reconnects do not spam the log with the repeated
  attempts. Attempts on the timer are only logged on high verbosity,
  if they produce a connection failure error.
- Fix to apply chroot to dnstap-socket-path, if chroot is enabled.
- Change configure to use EVP_sha256 instead of HMAC_Update for
  openssl-3.0.0.
- Update documentation in python example code.
- Review fix interface, doxygen and assign null in case of error free.
- Merge PR #293: Add missing prototype. Also refactor to use the new
  shorthand function to clean up the code.
- Refactor to use sock_strerr shorthand function.
- Fix #296: systemd nss-lookup.target is reached before unbound can
  successfully answer queries. Changed contrib/unbound.service.in.
- Fix num.expired statistics output.
- Remove x file mode on ipset/ipset.c and h files.
- Spelling fix.
- Introduce test for statistics.
- Fix that prefer-ip4 and prefer-ip6 can be get and set with
  unbound-control, with libunbound and the unbound-checkconf option
  output function.
- Merge PR #311 by luismerino: Dynlibmod leak.
- Error message is logged for dynlibmod malloc failures.
- iana portlist updated.
- Fix #304: dnstap logging not recovering after dnstap process restarts
- Fix edns-client-tags get_option typo
- Fix #305: dnstap logging significantly affects unbound performance
  (regression in 1.11).
- Fix #305: only wake up thread when threshold reached.
- Fix to ifdef fptr wlist item for dnstap.
- Fix memory leak of edns tags at libunbound context delete.
- Fix double loopexit for unbound-dnstap-socket after sigterm.

pkgsrc changes:

  * Stop pretending that share/bash-completion.d is supported, it isn't.
    Packages that are installing files there should install them into
    share/bash-completion/completions instead.

  * Stop installing profile.d script, only really makes sense under /etc,
    and it wasn't correctly handled as a configuration file anyway.

Upstream changes:
scales 1.2.0
New features

    label_number():

        New style_positive and style_negative argument control how positive and negative numbers are styled (#249, #262).

        The prefix comes after the negative sign, rather than before it, yielding (e.g) the correct -$1 instead of $-1.

        New scale_cut argument enables independent scaling of different parts of the range. This is useful in label_dollar() to support scaling of large numbers by suffix (e.g. “M” for million, “B” for billion). It can be used with cut_short_scale() when billion = thousand million and cut_long_scale() when billion = million million (initial implementation provided by @davidchall). Additionally, the accuracy is now computed per scale category, so rescaled values can have different numbers of decimal places (#339).

        label_number_si() is deprecated because it previously used short scale abbreviations instead of the correct SI prefixes. You can mimic the previous results with label_number(scale_cut = cut_scale_short()) or get real SI labels with label_number(scale_cut = cut_SI("m")) (#339, with help from @davidchall).

    label_bytes() now correctly accounts for the scale argument when choosing auto units (@davidchall, #235).

    label_date() and label_time() gain a locale argument that allows you to set the locale used to generate day and month names (#309).

    New label_log() displays the base and a superscript exponent, for use with logarithmic axes (@davidchall, #312).

    New compose_trans() allows arbitrary composition of transformers. This is mostly easily achieved by passing a character vector whenever you might previously have passed the name of a single transformer. For example, scale_y_continuous(trans = c("log10", "reverse")) will create a reverse log-10 scale (#287).

Bug fixes and minor improvements

    breaks_width() now supports units like "3 months" in the offset argument.

    col_quantile() no longer errors if data is sufficiently skewed that we can’t generate the requested number of unique colours (#294).

    dollar(negative_parens) is deprecated in favour of style_negative = "parens".

    hue_pal() respects h.start once again (#288).

    label_number_auto() correctly formats single numbers that are greater than 1e+06 without an error (@karawoo, #321)

    manual_pal() now always returns an unnamed colour vector, which is easy to use with ggplot2::discrete_scale() (@yutannihilation, #284).

    time_trans() and date_trans() have domains of the correct type so that they can be transformed without error (#298).

    Internal precision(), used when accuracy = NULL, now avoids displaying unnecessary digits (@davidchall, #304).

scales 1.1.1

    breaks_width() now handles difftime/hms objects (@bhogan-mitre, #244).

    hue_pal() now correctly inverts color palettes when direction = -1 (@dpseidel, #252).

    Internal precision(), used when accuracy = NULL, now does a better job when duplicate values are present (@teunbrand, #251). It also does a better job when there’s a mix of finite and non-finite values (#257).

    New oob_keep() to keep data outside range, allowing for zoom-limits when oob_keep is used as oob argument in scales. Existing out of bounds functions have been renamed with the oob_-prefix to indicate their role (@teunbrand, #255).

    ordinal_french() gains plural and gender arguments (@stephLH, #256).

################################################################################
Changed in xts 0.12.2:

o `Ops.xts()` no longer changes column names (via `make.names()`) when the two
  objects do not have identical indexes. This makes it consistent with
  `Ops.zoo()`. (#114)

o Subsetting a zero-length xts object now returns an object with the same
  storage type as the input. It previously always returned a 'logical' xts
  object. (#376)

o `tclass()` and `tzone()` now return the correct values for zero-length xts
  objects, instead of the defaults in the `.xts()` constructor. Thanks to Andre
  Mikulec for the report and suggested patch! (#255)

o `endpoints()` now always returns last observation. Thanks to GitHub user
  Eluvias for the report. (#300)

o Ensure `endpoints()` errors for every 'on' value when `k < 1`. It was not
  throwing an error for `k < 1` for `on` of "years", "quarters", or "months".
  Thanks to Eluvias for the report. (#301)

o Fix `window()` for yearmon and yearqtr indexes. In xts < 0.11-0, `window.zoo()`
  was dispatched when `window()` was called on a xts object because there was no
  `window.xts()` method. `window.zoo()` supports additional types of values for the
  `start` argument, and possibly other features. So this fixes a breaking change
  in xts >= 0.11-0. Thanks to GitHub user annaymj for the report. (#312)

o Clarify whether `axTicksByTime()` returns index timestamps or locations (e.g.
  1, 2, 3). Thanks to @ggrothendieck for the suggestion and feedback. (#354)

o Fix merge on complex types when 'fill' is needed. `merge()` would throw an
  error because it treated 'fill' as double instead of complex. Thanks to
  @ggrothendieck for the report. (#346)

o Add a message to tell the user how to disable 'xts_check_TZ' warning. Thanks
  to Jerzy Pawlowski for the nudge. (#113)

o Update `rbind()` to handle xts objects without dim attribute. `rbind()` threw
  an obscure error if one of the xts objects does not have a dim attribute. We
  can handle this case even though all xts objects should always have a dim
  attribute. (#361)

o `split.xts()` now always return a named list, which makes it consistent with
  `split.zoo()`. Thanks to Gabor Grothendieck for the report. (#357)

o xts objects with a zero-length POSIXct index now return a zero-length POSIXct
  vector instead of a zero-length integer vector. Thanks to Jasper Schelfhout
  for the report and PR! (#363, #364)

o Add suffixes to output of `merge.xts()`. The suffixes are consistent with
  `merge.default()` and not `merge.zoo()`, because `merge.zoo()` automatically
  uses "." as a separator between column names, but the default method doesn't.
  Thanks to Pierre Lamarche for the nudge. Better late than never? (#38, #371)

Changes to plotting functionality
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

o You can now omit the data time range from the upper-right portion of a plot
  by setting `main.timespan = FALSE`. (#247)

o Fix `addEventLines()` when plotted objects have a 'yearmon' index. The ISO-8601
  range string was not created correctly. Thanks to @paessens for the report.
  (#353)

o Make 'ylim' robust against numerical precision issues by replacing `==` with
  `all.equal()`. Thanks to @bollard for the report, PR, and a ton of help
  debugging intermediate solutions! (#368)

o Series added to a panel now extend the panel's y-axis. Previously the y-axis
  limits were based on the first series' values and not updated when new series
  were added. So values of the new series did not appear on the plot if they
  were outside of the original series' min/max. Thanks to Vitalie Spinu for the
  report and help debugging and testing! (#360)

o All series added to any panel of a plot now update the x-axis of all panels.
  So the entire plot's x-axis will include every series' time index values
  within the original plot's time range. This behavior is consistent with
  `chart_Series()`. Thanks to Vitalie Spinu for the report and help debugging
  and testing! (#360, #216)

o All y-values are now plotted for series that have duplicate index values, but
  different data values. Thanks to Vitalie Spinu for the report and help
  debugging and testing! (#360)

o Adding a series can now extend the x-axis before/after the plot's existing
  time index range, so all of the new series' time index values are included in
  the plot. This is FALSE by default to maintain backward compatibility. Thanks
  to Vitalie Spinu for the report and help debugging and testing! (#360)

Aleph One 1.3a1
===============

This is a pre-release to allow community members to assist in testing some internal code changes. Please see the Pfhorums thread if
you would like to help.

The latest stable release is: Aleph One 1.2.1

Aleph One 1.2.1
===============

The 1.2.1 release fixes a crashing bug when carnage message MML is used. Otherwise it is identical to the 1.2 release.

Aleph One 1.2
=============

The Aleph One 1.2 release features online leaderboards and game statistics, a streamlined saved-game system, and full multiplayer
support for the original Marathon game. This release also includes a number of other new features and bug fixes.

If you do not use the bundled downloads, we recommend that you update your scenario files. Each game includes a new plugin for the
online leaderboards, and the Marathon scenario includes an important compatibility fix.

Aleph One 1.2 is not network compatible with the previous stable release.

Online features

Aleph One now integrates with the online leaderboards and player stats at lhowon.org. Sign up within Aleph One to send your
Marathon, Marathon 2, and Marathon Infinity game results to lhowon.org, where you can see your overall win percentage, kill totals,
and more.

From the new "Internet" preferences section, you can register your chat name, opt in to player stats, and configure other options
relating to online play.

Saved games

Saving your game no longer stops the action until you type in a name. Each time you use a pattern buffer, a new saved game is
created. The "Continue Saved Game" dialog shows you the in-game location, date, and game time for every save. Use the "Load Other"
button to open a saved game from an earlier version of Aleph One.

Marathon compatibility

  * Cooperative play is now supported in the original Marathon scenario
  * Net games no longer use incorrect physics models
  * Goal checking in repair levels now matches the original game
  * Grenade trajectory in low-gravity levels now matches the original game
  * Certain terminals and rechargers could be activated when they shouldn't have been. You must use the 1.2 scenario data files to
    get this update.
  * If you have an existing saved game on an "exploration" level, you may need to re-explore the level before you can exit. We
    apologize for the inconvenience.

Lua

  * Additions to the Lua API:
      - Triggers.projectile_created()
      - Game.dead_players_drop_items
      - Level.index
      - Level.map_checksum
      - Line.visible_on_automap
      - Polygon.visible_on_automap
  * Additions to the Lua HUD API:
      - Level.name
      - Level.index
      - Level.map_checksum
  * Custom fields on projectiles, monsters, etc. are cleared when the object is destroyed
  * Lua error messages contain more diagnostic info
  * Player:find_action_key_target() no longer triggers side effects

Other changes

  * New preferences:
      - Camera Bobbing (Graphics) — if disabled, the camera and weapon will remain steady, to reduce motion sickness
      - Join Pregame Lobby by Default (Internet -> Pregame Lobby) — if checked, when you choose "Join Network Game", Aleph One
        automatically presses "Find Internet Game" on the next screen. Hold down the Alt (Option) key to join a local game.
      - Use Netscript in Films, Netscript File (Environment) — use these preferences to play back films of games recorded with
        netscripts. Solo Lua scripts are no longer loaded during playback of net game films.
  * Logging in to the pregame lobby uses HTTPS to protect your password
  * The editing cursor in text fields can be moved with the arrow keys or the mouse
  * Command history in the Lua/chat console can be accessed with the up and down arrow keys
  * Team color selection in the Join dialog is disabled when the game does not support teams
  * Plugin API changes:
      - Scenario compatibility, to create plugins that load only for specific scenarios
      - More combinations of items are allowed within a single plugin
  * The Plugins dialog (Preferences > Environment > Plugins) lists the components of each plugin
  * Lua HUD support is available by plugin only
  * A custom port can be used when gathering net games. The port number can only be changed by editing the XML preferences file.

Crashes fixed

  * Maps with invalid light indexes in OpenGL (Shader) renderer
  * 3D models lacking texture coordinates
  * #STATIC command in terminals (SF #580)
  * Joining a net game after a "map not found" film playback error (SF #504)

Graphical fixes

  * Repair chip inventory is shown in Marathon Enhanced HUD plugin
  * Carnage messages during film replay are shown for the currently viewed player
  * Static, pulsate, and wobble transfer modes improved in OpenGL (Shader) renderer
  * <player light="..."> MML setting respected in OpenGL (Shader) renderer
  * Motion sensor on magnetic levels works properly when frame rate lags (SF #372)
  * Styled chat names display properly in pregame lobby game info dialog

Platform-specific fixes

  * Linux:
      - A new configure script now succeeds when optional dependencies are missing. The script also summarizes which features are
        enabled. Packagers should review the configure options, which have changed.
      - Aleph One builds and runs with more versions of FFmpeg / libav (SF #576, #578, #582)
      - Web links no longer cause Aleph One to become unresponsive on some systems
  * Mac OS X:
      - Drag-and-drop now works in 10.10 (Yosemite)
      - Updated third-party libraries
  * Windows:
      - The .save level console command successfully overwrites existing files
      - Updated third-party libraries

Other fixes

  * MML from solo Lua plugins is no longer loaded after all other plugins
  * Plugins ignore references to non-existent files
  * Popping is reduced in certain ambient sounds
  * Various MML settings are correctly reset when changing levels
  * Some common but unhelpful messages are no longer written to the log file
  * File-overwrite dialogs respect the "Hide file extensions" preference
  * The first save in a cooperative game is less likely to fail
  * Saving a game creates fewer temporary files
  * Solo Lua is loaded when continuing a saved game even when the map file is missing
  * Joystick/mouse buttons mapped to map or volume controls are no longer ignored
  * UPnP configuration now works with more routers

## 3.0.0 - 2023-06-03

⚠️ This release contains some minor breaking changes in the internal API and improvements to the parsing strictness.

**Full Changelog**: <executablebooks/markdown-it-py@v2.2.0...v3.0.0>

### ⬆️ UPGRADE: Drop support for Python 3.7

Also add testing for Python 3.11

### ⬆️ UPGRADE: Update from upstream markdown-it `12.2.0` to `13.0.0`

A key change is the addition of a new `Token` type, `text_special`, which is used to represent HTML entities and backslash escaped characters.
This ensures that (core) typographic transformation rules are not incorrectly applied to these texts.
The final core rule is now the new `text_join` rule, which joins adjacent `text`/`text_special` tokens,
and so no `text_special` tokens should be present in the final token stream.
Any custom typographic rules should be inserted before `text_join`.

A new `linkify` rule has also been added to the inline chain, which will linkify full URLs (e.g. `https://example.com`),
and fixes collision of emphasis and linkifier (so `http://example.org/foo._bar_-_baz` is now a single link, not emphasized).
Emails and fuzzy links are not affected by this.

* ♻️ Refactor backslash escape logic, add `text_special` [#276](executablebooks/markdown-it-py#276)
* ♻️ Parse entities to `text_special` token [#280](executablebooks/markdown-it-py#280)
* ♻️ Refactor: Add linkifier rule to inline chain for full links [#279](executablebooks/markdown-it-py#279)
* ‼️ Remove `(p)` => `§` replacement in typographer [#281](executablebooks/markdown-it-py#281)
* ‼️ Remove unused `silent` arg in `ParserBlock.tokenize` [#284](executablebooks/markdown-it-py#284)
* 🐛 FIX: numeric character reference passing [#272](executablebooks/markdown-it-py#272)
* 🐛 Fix: tab preventing paragraph continuation in lists [#274](executablebooks/markdown-it-py#274)
* 👌 Improve nested emphasis parsing [#273](executablebooks/markdown-it-py#273)
* 👌 fix possible ReDOS in newline rule [#275](executablebooks/markdown-it-py#275)
* 👌 Improve performance of `skipSpaces`/`skipChars` [#271](executablebooks/markdown-it-py#271)
* 👌 Show text of `text_special` in `tree.pretty` [#282](executablebooks/markdown-it-py#282)

### ♻️ REFACTOR: Replace most character code use with strings

The use of `StateBase.srcCharCode` is deprecated (with backward-compatibility), and all core uses are replaced by `StateBase.src`.

Conversion of source string characters to an integer representing the Unicode character is prevalent in the upstream JavaScript implementation, to improve performance.
However, it is unnecessary in Python and leads to harder to read code and performance deprecations (during the conversion in the `StateBase` initialisation).

See [#270](executablebooks/markdown-it-py#270), thanks to [@hukkinj1](https://github.com/hukkinj1).

### ♻️ Centralise indented code block tests

For CommonMark, the presence of indented code blocks prevent any other block element from having an indent of greater than 4 spaces.
Certain Markdown flavors and derivatives, such as mdx and djot, disable these code blocks though, since it is more common to use code fences and/or arbitrary indenting is desirable.
Previously, disabling code blocks did not remove the indent limitation, since most block elements had the 3 space limitation hard-coded.
This change centralised the logic of applying this limitation (in `StateBlock.is_code_block`), and only applies it when indented code blocks are enabled.

This allows for e.g.

```md
<div>
  <div>
    I can indent as much as I want here.
  <div>
<div>
```

See [#260](executablebooks/markdown-it-py#260)

### 🔧 Maintenance changes

Strict type annotation checking has been applied to the whole code base,
[ruff](https://github.com/charliermarsh/ruff) is now used for linting,
and fuzzing tests have been added to the CI, to integrate with Google [OSS-Fuzz](https://github.com/google/oss-fuzz/tree/master/projects/markdown-it-py) testing, thanks to [@DavidKorczynski](https://github.com/DavidKorczynski).

* 🔧 MAINTAIN: Make type checking strict [#](executablebooks/markdown-it-py#267)
* 🔧 Add typing of rule functions [#283](executablebooks/markdown-it-py#283)
* 🔧 Move linting from flake8 to ruff [#268](executablebooks/markdown-it-py#268)
* 🧪 CI: Add fuzzing workflow for PRs [#262](executablebooks/markdown-it-py#262)
* 🔧 Add tox env for fuzz testcase run [#263](executablebooks/markdown-it-py#263)
* 🧪 Add OSS-Fuzz set up by @DavidKorczynski in [#255](executablebooks/markdown-it-py#255)
* 🧪 Fix fuzzing test failures [#254](executablebooks/markdown-it-py#254)

# googlesheets4 1.1.0

## Syncing up with gargle

Version 1.3.0 of gargle introduced some changes around OAuth and
googlesheets4 is syncing with up that:

* `gs4_oauth_client()` is a new function to replace the now-deprecated
  `gs4_oauth_app()`.

* The new `client` argument of `gs4_auth_configure()` replaces the now-deprecated `app` argument.

* The documentation of `gs4_auth_configure()` emphasizes that the
  preferred way to "bring your own OAuth client" is by providing the
  JSON downloaded from Google Developers Console.

## Other

`gs4_auth()` now warns if the user specifies both `email` and `path`,
because this is almost always an error.

# googlesheets4 1.0.1

The mere existence of an invalid named range no longer prevents
googlesheets4 from dealing with a Sheet (#175).

googlesheets4 now understands that Google Sheets can have 10 million
cells (up from 5 million) (#257).

## Internal matters

Help files below `man/` have been re-generated, so that they give rise
to valid HTML5. (This is the impetus for this release, to keep the
package safely on CRAN.)

Examples now use `@examplesIf` to express when a token or an
interactive session is required for successful execution.

Errors have been revised to (more often) reveal the most appropriate
call, i.e. the high-level function called by the user as opposed to an
internal helper (#255).

Informative messages now route through `cli::cli_inform()`, instead of
`cli::cli_bullets()`.

# gargle 1.5.0

* gargle's existing unexported `secret_*()` functions are deprecated, in favor
  of new, exported `secret_*()` functions that are built on or inlined from
  httr2. The `vignette("managing-tokens-securely")` is updated to reflect the
  new, recommended strategy for encrypting secrets.
  - `secret_encrypt_json()` / `secret_decrypt_json()` are new gargle-specific
    functions.
  - `secret_write_rds()` / `secret_read_rds()`, `secret_make_key()`, and
    `secret_had_key()` are basically copies of their httr2 counterparts.
  - Legacy functions to move away from: `secret_pw_name()`, `secret_pw_gen()`,
    `secret_pw_exists()`, `secret_pw_get()`, `secret_can_decypt()`,
    `secret_read()`, `secret_write()`.
  - The new approach makes it much easier to use gargle functions to encrypt and
    decrypt credentials in a project that is *not* necessarily an R package.

* The transition from OAuth "app" to OAuth "client" is fully enacted now. This
  process tarted in v1.3.0, when the `"gargle_oauth_client"` class was
  introduced, to support the new pseudo-OOB auth flow. The deprecations are
  implemented to preserve backwards compatibility for some time. In this
  release, function, argument, and field names are all updated to the "client"
  terminology:

  - `init_AuthState(client =)` instead of `init_AuthState(app =)`
  - `AuthState$client` instead of `AuthState$app`
  - `AuthState$set_client()` instead of `AuthState$set_app()`
  - `gargle2.0_token(client =)` instead of `gargle2.0_token(app =)`
  - `credentials_user_oauth2(client =)` instead of
    `credentials_user_oauth2(app =)`

  A new `vignette("oauth-client-not-app")` explains how a wrapper package should
  adapt.

* When the `"gargle_verbosity"` option is set to `"debug"`, there are
  more debugging messages around user credentials. Specifically, more
  information is available on the email, OAuth client, and scopes,
  with the goal of better understanding why a cached token is (or is
  not) being used.

* `check_is_service_account()` is a new function for use in wrapper
  packages to throw a more informative error when a user provides JSON
  for an OAuth client to an argument that is expecting JSON for a
  service account.

* `response_process()` has improved handling of responses that
  represent an HTTP error with HTML content (as opposed to the
  expected and preferred JSON) (#254).

* `response_process(call = caller_env())` is a new argument that is
  passed along to various helpers, which can improve error reporting
  for user-facing functions that call `response_process()` (#255).
