MIDI Extension

I've been wanting to use MIDI-file songs on TurboWarp for a while now, so the idea is just that it plays MIDI files while using the default platform's (in this case, windows) soundfont, and at that, maybe even custom ones. The music extension won't cut it due to the songs I make/use which are midis don't sound right at all. It's also VERY tedious. It's good if this isn't possible, but I've wanted this for a long time, "official" (TurboWarp gallery) extension or not.

Also I'm not good at JavaScript in the slightest. =(

I'm working on a MIDI extension that manages input data from a MIDI input device. I'll have to look into maybe adding this, but it won't be until after the main pull request is merged. Note that I'm not making any promises.
