The official Gamepad TurboWarp extension features blocks to vibrate the controller. Some users don't like the rumble feature, but not every creator will offer an option to turn it off.
I think it would be nice for those users to be able to turn off rumble from TurboWarp, possibly through an addon. This setting and the Gamepad extension would communicate to know if rumble should be delivered or not.
Before considering this feature, it is worth noting that the capability of using game controllers in TurboWarp could be considered a novelty and that the vast majority of users who are interested enough to try playing projects with game controllers are probably interested in experiencing rumble, so it may not be a priority or a huge problem (if you don't want rumble, don't play with a controller). But... you know, just in case.
An option to adjust the intensity of rumbles, not just turn then on or off, could also be considered.
