Beta 2 - Implementing fixes based on feedback from 11/13 Meeting

Improvements:

• Add icons to exploitation list tabs

Bug fixes:

• Remove "Ratifications" header from Legal Standards screen
• Fixed "Policies" typo on Suggested Actions screen
• Removed Cassiterite and other goods that aren't assigned to a country
• Shorten country names on goods screen, so that exploitation type icons still display
• Changed application background to pure white, to match the background of some of the country maps
• Renamed Timor-Leste map image so that it displays
• Fixed bad images in Introduction and Factsheet pdfs
• Fixed out of memory error on older tablets
