I have downloaded all the files and extracted. I hold boot whle opening flash but get this

@FliporFlop1 That message means it is not able to find the board. It is usually either a driver issue, a cable issue, or a board issue (such as not in the right state, faulty one, etc.)

Some of that luck with plugging in the board first, then pressing and holding boot for a second, and releasing. It seems certain versions boot differently and I’ve only seen this happening on more recent ones. Tinker with the way you plug it in and use the boot button and see what happens. Make sure the drivers are up-to-date too.
