Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
During the OMRChecker v2.0.0 launch, a lot of changes were accumulated in the development branches and led to large code refactors being merged in a single PR. It leads to slow releases of new features and less contributions from new folks.

Describe the solution you'd like
We can explore using a release management system to create more systematic releases with smaller updates. And a corresponding changelog also needs to be autogenerated from the commits history. This will help the end users as well as new contributors to know what changes are being done and new opportunities to develop are created.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Can consider commitzen as one of the popular alternatives. Other suggestions welcome!
