[5.6.0-beta.1] Support Z-distance feedback: Geometry above thin supported area changes the support structure

Actual results

The model has a one layer thick membrane with a hole over it. The support structure is being affected by this hole.

Expected results

Since the actual supported area is completely flat the support shouldn't be affected by hole above this layer

Quick update from our side 👋 This issue has been discussed with the team, but we believe we will not work on this anytime soon and will therefore defer this issue so we can focus on the most requested and needed features and bug fixes from our community and from UltiMaker
