The Uniswap governance proposal has 61M votes in favor and is trending toward passing: https://app.uniswap.org/#/vote/2/9

Can we design a UX for the Add Liquidity page that adds this fourth fee tier as an option?

Then implement it and ensure auto-fee-tier-selection works as intended with the new pool. Share of TVL should be calculate across all four fee tiers now.
