Description

Investigate how to build separate plugin safely - without JS, Py and Go

Expected behavior

  1. JS, Py, Go dependencies should be excluded
  2. Java regular flow, Spring Unit and Integration tests should be supported
  3. Experimental languages support setting should be excluded (or should not turn on the next point)
  4. Plugin action should be unavailable for JS- , PY- and GO-files

Environment

IntelliJ IDEA version - Ultimate 2023.1+
Project - all
JDK - 8-17
